Key holding is ancillary service to Support's patrols. If there is an alarm activation and we are the first named key holder, the customer's staff need not be disturbed until the full extent of the situation is understood. Usually, the customer's staff need not be disturbed so they remain refreshed to undertake their tasks during the day. 
Customers also utilise this service to have their premises locked or unlocked on an "ad-hoc" basis. This flexible solution can meet the needs of an ever changing business environment where key staff need to enter the building for a few hours during a weekend. 


Because of the number of false alarm activations and of course, the very heavy workload of the Police, alarm response has become an important part of protecting a building. As soon as the alarm monitoring control room contacts the mobile patrol team an officer is immediately dispatched to the premises. Within minutes they will be on site and will have established whether there has been criminal activity, whether the activity is ongoing or whether it is a false alarm activation. 


Clients know their own business but do they know how to protect it? What is most at risk? It could be delivery vehicles, it could be raw materials, and it could be intellectual property! Whatever the risk is it needs to be identified as to whether it is real or perceived and then balanced against the cost of protecting it. How do you protect the risk? Manned guarding, patrols, CCTV, alarms or a combination of some or all of them. Which or which combination is the most economic route to follow? 
Support's experienced professionals will undertake a survey of a Customers site, discuss their business to understand how it functions, and prepare a report. The report details the areas, which are considered at risk, together with solutions and alternatives where appropriate. 
All of our customer have annual risk audit to establish whether the areas of risk have altered in any way.
